Recently when searching through my collection
of 35mm slides I came across a long forgotten box with the title
"Tropical House". On opening the box I was presented with about 60
slides, which as it turned out had rarely been shown outside of my
own home (may be that was a good thing!). The slides were all of
butterflies and moths taken during a photo club outing to a local
Tropical House in Seaforde, Co. Down, Northern Ireland, some years
previously. The images you see presented here are only a small
sample, and not being an expert in the subject matter are untitled.
Canon T90, Tamron 90mm Macro, no flash,
and film was Fuji RD100, the tripod is obligatory on such occasions
both as support and a weapon to beat off colleagues from the photo
club!. Images scanned with a Nikon Coolscan LS30 all finishing in
Adobe Photoshop.
