Wild Yellowstone – Day 2 (Grand Teton National Park)

We had planned that Day 2 would begin with an early breakfast as we wanted to capture the early morning light. As it turned out there wasn’t a cloud in the sky for most of the day.

We began with a drive around the Antelope Flats area, which is north of Jackson Hole. The area was carpeted with wild flowers, which made for an interesting foreground  with  the Teton mountains as a backdrop.

As we headed over to Mormon Row we came across a small herd of Bison. Again, I used the Teton mountains as a backdrop.

Later in the day we headed across to Jenny and String lakes before finishing off down by the Snake River at Schwabacher’s Landing.
